Rubber backnut washer in 1/2″ or 3/4″, sealing taps, valves and tank connectors where the backnut tightens.
Description
A flat rubber washer that fits under a backnut, where taps, valves, tank connectors or wastes pass through a basin, sink or tank wall.
Fit the washer on the outside, then tighten the backnut firmly by hand plus a turn with a spanner. Replace the washer whenever the fitting is undone. Check the size against your existing fitting or take the old part with you when buying.
Used for:
- Basin and sink taps
- Tank and cistern connectors
- Garden and wall taps
