River sand in a handy 40kg bag for small concrete mixes, screeds and paving bedding. Easy to carry home in the boot.
Description
River sand is a coarser natural sand used mainly in concrete and screed mixes. This is our yard river sand, bagged in 40kg for jobs too small for a bulk load.
Grading and colour vary with the source. For larger jobs, buy bulk sand per m³ instead.
Used for:
- Small concrete mixes with cement and stone
- Floor screeds
- Bedding sand under pavers
- Setting fence and gate posts
Not ideal for plaster or brick mortar – use plaster sand or building sand for those.
40kg bag. Keep bags dry and off the ground.
