1" PVC ball valve with a lever handle and female threads both ends, for irrigation, tank and pool lines. Sold each.
Description
A PVC ball valve with 1" female threads on both ends and a lever handle – a quarter turn opens or closes it fully. PVC does not rust, which suits outdoor water lines.
Wrap the male threads going into it with PTFE tape and tighten by hand plus a little with a strap wrench; over-tightening can crack plastic threads.
Used for:
- Tank outlets and bypasses
- Irrigation mains and zones
- Borehole and pump lines
- Pond and water-feature plumbing
Not for: Hot water lines.
