Description
Heavy-duty PTFE tape for sealing threaded pipe joints. It fills the gaps in the thread so the joint seals without paste, and it lets you take the joint apart later.
Wrap it clockwise (with the thread) from the end of the male thread, a few turns with a little overlap, then screw the fitting on. It is listed as 19 x 40 x 0,1mm on our till.
Used for:
- Threaded valves and fittings
- Tap and shower connections
- Garden taps and hose fittings
- General plumbing repairs
Not for: Compression olives and flared joints – they seal without tape.
Sold per roll.
