25mm x 15mm (1/2″) female adaptor for connecting polyethylene pipe to a male thread.
Description
A compression female adaptor with a 25mm pipe end for polyethylene pipe and a 15mm (1/2″) female thread, for connecting irrigation or water lines to threaded taps, valves and fittings. We also stock 20 x 20mm and 25 x 20mm sizes.
Seal the male thread with PTFE tape, push the pipe fully into the fitting and tighten the nut by hand. Check for leaks with the water on.
Used for:
- Connecting pipe to taps and valves
- Garden irrigation
- Farm water lines
