Polycop is the brown/red plastic pipe used in South Africa in place of galvanised pipe for cold-water lines. It is tough and flexible, so it handles underground runs well.

Join it with compression fittings made for polycop.

Lay underground pipe deep enough to be safe from spades and traffic, and keep it out of direct sun where you can.

Used for:

• Underground cold-water supply lines
• Garden tap and irrigation feeds
• Replacing old galvanised pipe
• Feeds to outbuildings and tanks

Cold water only: not for hot water or geyser lines.
