Description

Ferrules finish off the open ends of steel or aluminium tube on chair, table and stool legs, and frames. They protect floors from scratches, stop the leg sliding and keep dirt out of the tube.

Plastic ferrules are hard-wearing and slide more easily than rubber, which suits carpets and furniture that is moved often. The size is the outside diameter of the tube it fits over.

Measure across the leg and choose the same size, then push the ferrule firmly onto the leg end.

Used for:

• Chair, stool and table legs
• Steel tube frames, trolleys and racks
• Replacing worn or missing leg tips
