Nylon barrel nipple with male threads on both ends, for joining two female threaded fittings on irrigation and garden lines.
Description
A short nylon fitting threaded male on both ends, used to join two female threaded fittings such as valves, sockets, tees and tank outlets. Sizes are the usual nominal mm sizes for threaded fittings.
Nylon will not rust, so it suits irrigation, garden and tank work. Seal the threads with PTFE tape and avoid overtightening.
Used for:
- Irrigation manifolds and valve boxes
- Tank and pump connections
- Garden tap and hose fittings
- Borehole lines
