Description

A 35mm replacement cartridge for single-lever mixer taps. The cartridge controls the flow and the hot and cold mix, and replacing a worn one stops drips, leaks under the lever and a stiff or jumpy handle, without replacing the whole mixer. Turn off the water supply before working and open the tap to release pressure.

Remove the lever and cover, unscrew the old cartridge and take it along to match the diameter, height and spline, as cartridges differ between makes. Fit the new one, tighten and refit the lever.
