300mm mitre box supplied with a saw, for cutting accurate 45° and 90° angles in mouldings and trim.
Description
A mitre box is a guide with angled slots that holds the saw at a fixed angle, so you can cut clean, accurate 45° mitres and 90° square cuts in skirting, cornice, beading, picture frame and quadrant mouldings. This 300mm box comes with a matching saw, so it is ready to use straight away.
Clamp or screw the box to the bench, hold the moulding firmly against the back wall and let the saw do the work with steady, even strokes. Cut slightly long and trim to fit.
