Flexible LP gas pigtail with a 1/4" NPT connection, linking a gas cylinder to a regulator or changeover manifold. Sold each.
Description
A pigtail is the short flexible connector between the gas cylinder valve and the regulator or changeover manifold. This is the standard vapour-supply type with a 1/4" NPT threaded end.
Check the thread on your regulator or manifold before you buy – our 7/16" inverted-flare pigtail suits a different connection. Length is not listed on this item.
Used for:
- Connecting cylinders to a changeover manifold
- Linking a cylinder to a wall-mounted regulator
- Two-cylinder geyser and stove installations
- Replacing a cracked or perished pigtail
Not for: Liquid off-take systems – this is for vapour supply.
Sold each. Leak-test every gas joint with soapy water after fitting; fixed installations must be done by a registered LP gas installer.
