Inline thru switch for lamp and appliance cords, in white, large white or black.
Description
An on/off switch that fits into a flexible cord, so a lamp or small appliance can be switched without unplugging it.
Unplug the cord, cut the live conductor at the switch position and connect the ends to the switch terminals as shown inside the switch. Close the cover so no bare wire shows. Switch off the power at the distribution board before working on any wiring.
Used for:
- Bedside and table lamps
- Small appliances and fans
- Replacing a broken cord switch
