Fibreglass chopped strand reinforcement in 100g, 400g or 1kg packs, for polyester resin repairs and laminating.
Description
Glass fibre chopped strand for reinforcing polyester resin. Laid up with resin it cures into a hard, waterproof fibreglass laminate for repairs and small moulding jobs. The 100g pack suits small repairs, 400g covers medium patches, and the 1kg pack is for bigger laminating jobs. Keep it dry and sealed, as damp fibre does not bond well with resin.
Use with a polyester resin and catalyst, work in a ventilated area and wear gloves, as the fibres irritate skin.
Used for:
- Fibreglass repairs to boats, roofs and gutters
- Repairing tanks, ponds and water features
- Reinforcing resin patches
Sold per pack in 100g, 400g and 1kg.
