Description
22mm copper tube for domestic water supply, marked 460/0 – that is SANS 460 copper tube, Class 0 – and SABS approved.
22mm is the usual size for the main run into the house and the geyser feed, with 15mm branches taken off it. It joins with 22mm compression or capillary (solder) fittings.
Used for:
- Main supply line into the house
- Geyser cold feed and hot outlet
- Main runs before reducing to 15mm branches
- Repairs and extensions to existing 22mm copper
Not for: 15mm tap and basin feeds – see our 15mm copper tube.
Sold per metre – order the number of metres you need. Store off the ground with the ends capped to keep dirt out.
