KonstruktIt Compression Tee 22mm, CxCxFI

Description

A 22mm tee with compression joints on the run and a female iron (threaded) branch (CxCxFI), for adding a threaded take-off, such as a tap, valve or drain point, to a 22mm copper pipe run. No soldering is needed on the compression ends. Turn off the water before working and check the joint for leaks once the water is back on.

Cut the pipe square and deburr it, slide on the nut and olive, push the pipe fully home and tighten firmly with two spanners without over-tightening. Seal male threads with PTFE tape or thread sealant.

• Adding a tap point
• Geyser and supply pipes
• Drain points
