Description

A forged brass 1/2″ cistern valve (float or ball valve) that lets water into a toilet cistern or storage tank and shuts it off when the float reaches the set level. Forged brass is strong and lasts well. Replace a valve that keeps running, fills slowly or leaks. Turn off the water supply before working and open the tap to release pressure.

Fit with the washers supplied, connect the supply with a flexible connector, then set the float so the water stops below the overflow. Check for leaks after filling.

• Replacing worn valves
