Description

A spring check valve (non-return valve) lets water flow one way only and closes when flow reverses. Fit it with the arrow pointing in the direction of flow.

Compression fittings join copper tube without soldering. Slide on the nut and olive, push the tube fully home and tighten the nut by hand plus about one turn with a spanner, holding the body with a second spanner.

Used for:

• Geyser cold water supplies
• Copper water lines
• Preventing backflow to mains
