Description

A 22mm brass gate valve with compression ends on both sides, for isolating the water supply in 22mm copper pipe, for example at a geyser or the main supply into the house. Turning the wheel lowers a gate inside the valve to shut off the flow. We also stock 15mm and 20mm brass gate valves. Turn off the water before working and check the joint for leaks once the water is back on.

Cut the pipe square and deburr it, slide on the nut and olive, push the pipe fully home and tighten firmly with two spanners without over-tightening.
