Description

A brass gate valve with 15mm compression (CxC) connections that fits straight onto 15mm copper tube. Turning the handle raises or lowers a gate inside the body to open or shut the line.

Fit it where you can reach it later, and tighten the compression nuts firmly without over-tightening.

Used for:

Isolating the geyser supply
Shut-off on the house supply
Isolating a bathroom or kitchen branch
Replacing an old or seized stopcock

Not for: Regulating flow – a gate valve should be run fully open or fully shut.
