Description

A double-lip replacement washer for Beta Hi-Flo cistern (ball) valves. A worn or hardened washer lets water keep running into the cistern and out of the overflow, wasting water. Fitting a new washer usually stops it. We also stock other Beta cistern and valve washers.

Turn off the water to the cistern, open the valve, swap the washer and turn the water back on, checking that the valve shuts off at the right level. Take the old washer along to match it.
