Description

Genkem Contact Adhesive is a solvent-based rubber contact adhesive. It is applied to both surfaces and bonds on contact, with no clamping, so it is useful on non-porous materials that other glues cannot hold.

Apply evenly to both surfaces with a brush or roller, let it flash off until touch-dry (about 15–20 minutes, open time up to an hour), then align carefully and press firmly together. There is no repositioning once the surfaces touch. Use in a well-ventilated area.

Used for:

Laminates and countertops
Flooring, wall coverings and cabinetry
Shoe, leather and upholstery repairs

Not suitable for polystyrene or sheet vinyl.

Sold per tube or tin as selected.
