Hose tail for connecting LP gas hose to 16mm (12/16) multilayer gas pipe. Compression pipe end. Sold each.
Description
A hose tail fitting that joins 16mm (12/16) PEX-AL-PEX multilayer gas pipe to a length of LP gas hose, with a compression connection on the pipe side. Secure the hose on the tail with a proper gas hose clamp.
Use it only with 16mm (12/16) multilayer gas pipe and fittings of the same system, cut square and fully inserted before tightening. Gas installations must be done, pressure-tested and certified by a registered LP gas installer.
Used for:
- Hose connections to gas appliances
- Braai and heater points
- Changing from fixed pipe to hose
Not for: Water plumbing – this fitting is for LP gas lines.
Sold each. Leak-test every joint with soapy water after fitting.
