Eureka bright steel flat-head wire nails for general woodwork and building, from 25mm to 125mm, in small and bulk packs.
Description
Round wire nails with a smooth shank and flat head, the everyday nail for joining timber. Sizes run from 25mm (1 inch) to 125mm (5 inch).
Mark the spot, tap the nail to set it, then drive it with firm, straight hammer blows. In hardwood, pre-drill a small pilot hole so the timber does not split.
Pick a nail about three times the thickness of the piece being fixed.
Used for:
- Framing, battens and roof timbers
- Crates, pallets and shuttering
- General carpentry and DIY
Not for masonry, or for outdoor work where rust staining matters.
