Eureka galvanised split spring (lock) washers that stop nuts and bolts loosening under vibration. Sizes M5, M8 and M10.
Description
A split spring washer pushes back against the nut or bolt head, keeping tension on the joint so it does not loosen from vibration or movement.
Fit it under the nut or screw head, on top of any flat washer, then tighten until the split closes flat.
Made from galvanised steel.
Used for:
- Machinery and motor mounts
- Trailers and gates
- Electrical and general bolting
For heavy vibration, a nylock nut gives more secure locking.
