Eureka Sleeve Anchor
Price range: R18.90 through R86.90 incl. VAT
Eureka hex-head sleeve anchors for light to heavy fixings into brick and concrete. Sizes 10 x 50mm to 16 x 111mm.
Description
A sleeve anchor is a bolt with an expanding sleeve. As the nut is tightened, the sleeve is pulled open and grips the hole. The hex head sits on top of the item, so it does not give a flush finish.
Drill a hole the same diameter as the anchor and about 1cm deeper than the sleeve. Set the nut flush with the top, push the anchor through the item into the hole, and tighten with a spanner. Do not overtighten.
For the heaviest loads in brick, Eureka recommends expansion bolts.
Used for:
- Brackets and frames to concrete or brick
- Shelving and cabinets
- Handrails and light steel
Not for hollow blocks or drywall.
Sold per Eureka retail pack. The pack quantity is shown in each option.
