Rimmed nail-in anchor 5 x 35mm, pack of 6, for one-step fixing into solid masonry.
Description
A plug with the nail already set in it, installed in one step with a hammer into a pre-drilled hole in solid masonry. The rim gives extra hold at the surface. The hole size is the same as the plug diameter.
Eureka says not to take the nail out of the plug before fitting, and that this plug is less resistant to sunlight and weather than nylon nail-in anchors, so it suits indoor or sheltered spots. It can be removed with a pozi bit.
Used for:
- Skirtings and trims to brick
- Cable clips and light brackets
- Light to medium indoor fixings
Not ideal for concrete or areas in direct sun.
