Eureka expansion bolts with a hook, eye or projecting stud, for hanging and fixing medium to heavy items on brick walls. Sizes 6 x 45mm to 10 x 110mm.
Description
An expansion bolt with the head formed into a hook, a closed eye or a long projecting stud. The shell expands in a hole of a set size as the bolt is tightened, so it resists both outward and downward pull. Eureka rates expansion bolts as stronger than other common brick-wall fixings.
Hooks suit hoses, tools and bicycles, eyes take rope, wire and turnbuckles, and the projection bolt leaves a threaded stud standing out of the wall for brackets and spacers. Check the packet for the wall and object hole sizes before drilling.
