Emjay Polypropylene Reducing Bush 2″ x 1/2″ BSP

Description

An Emjay poly threaded reducing bush that steps a 2″ female BSP fitting down to 1/2″ (50 mm x 15 mm). Microjet makes the Emjay threaded range from high-grade black polypropylene with carbon black for UV resistance, and cuts it to BSP specification with a 2° taper for a leak-tight fit.

Wrap the male thread with good-quality PTFE tape before fitting and tighten by hand or with a spanner. Do not over-tighten plastic threads. A bush saves fitting a separate reducer and nipple, which keeps the run compact. Check both thread sizes before buying.
