Electro-Galvanised Washers 12mm

Description

A flat steel washer with an electro-galvanised (zinc) finish for M12 bolts, coach screws and threaded rod. Under a nut on timber it stops the nut from crushing into the wood as the bolt is tightened on beams, posts and gate frames.

For coastal or fully exposed outdoor work choose hot-dip galvanised or stainless steel instead, as the thin zinc plating is meant for indoor and sheltered jobs.

Used for:

• Under M12 nuts and bolt heads
• Timber beams, posts and gate frames
• Threaded rod and anchor fixing
