Description
Duram DTM is a direct-to-metal coating that combines an adhesion primer, anti-rust coating and topcoat in one can. It goes straight onto bare mild steel, stainless steel, wrought iron, galvanised iron, aluminium, zinc, copper and brass.
The Smooth finish dries to a silky, high-gloss enamel. Apply two coats at 8–10 m² per litre per coat, and a third in coastal and industrial areas.
Used for:
- Gates, fences and burglar bars
- Railings, balustrades and handrails
- Garage doors and steel windows
- Farm implements, machinery and tanks
Not for: Surfaces continually above normal outdoor temperatures, such as braai grids or exhausts.
5 litre tin. Store under cover in cool, dry conditions.
