Duram DTM Direct to Metal Paint, Hammered Metallic Brown – 250ml

Description

Duram DTM is an adhesion primer, anti-rust coating and enamel topcoat in one can, so you can paint metal directly for strong rust protection. This is the hammered finish in metallic brown, in a 250ml tin.

Duram list it for mild steel, wrought iron, galvanised iron, stainless steel and aluminium, inside and out. It is UV and weather resistant with good colour retention, dries quickly, and Duram give it 8 years of protection. Coverage is about 8–10 square metres per litre per coat, applied in two coats.

Remove loose rust, dirt and grease first. New or weathered galvanised iron should be cleaned with a galvanised iron cleaner, and rusted areas can be treated with a rust converter before painting. Clean brushes and thin for spraying with DTM Brush Cleaner and Thinners.
