Description
The CR2 is a small cylindrical 3V lithium battery used in cameras, golf rangefinders, torches and alarm sensors.
Lithium chemistry gives the high current these devices need and keeps its charge in storage. Match the CR2 code on the old battery before buying. Switch off the power at the distribution board before working on any wiring. Electrical installation work must comply with SANS 10142 and be done or signed off by a registered electrician.
