Cup Square Bolt & Nut 10 x 120mm, Zinc Plated

Description

A cup square bolt has a domed head with a square neck underneath that bites into timber, so it does not turn while you tighten the nut. It is the standard fastener for timber-to-timber and timber-to-steel joints.

At 120mm long it goes through thick timber such as pergola beams, posts and deck bearers. Drill a 10mm hole and use a washer under the nut.

Used for:

• Pergolas and carports
• Gate and fence frames
• Deck framing

Not for coastal exposure.
