Copper Capillary Straight Coupler 22mm CxC

Description

A straight coupler with a capillary socket at each end for 22 mm copper tube. The joint is made by soldering. Our stock data does not name the maker or say whether the fitting has a pipe stop.

Cut the tube square, deburr it, and clean pipe and socket to bright metal. Flux both, push the pipe fully home and heat the fitting evenly until solder runs right round. Use lead-free solder on drinking water.

Used for:

• Joining 22 mm copper water pipe
• Repairing hot and cold supply lines
• Geyser and manifold pipework
