Description
A double switched socket outlet from Aktronix that fits a standard 4×4 wall box, giving two switched plug points in one position.
Socket outlets are part of the fixed wiring. Installation or replacement must be done by a qualified electrician and covered by a Certificate of Compliance (CoC). Switch off the circuit at the board before any work.
Used for:
- Adding plug points in new wiring
- Replacing old or damaged sockets
- Kitchen and workshop plug points
- Renovations
Not for: 4×2 boxes – use a 4×2 socket.
