Academy Sponge Sanding Block

Description

A foam sanding block coated with abrasive grit. It flexes to follow mouldings, curves and profiles, and can be rinsed out and used again. It is easy to hold and gives better control than folded paper on narrow edges. Tap out the dust as you work so it keeps cutting.

Use 60 grit for removing old paint and rough shaping, and 220 grit for fine smoothing between coats of paint or varnish.

Used for:

• Sanding mouldings, skirtings and frames
• Smoothing filler and plaster patches
• Rubbing down between coats

Sold each.
