Academy Cabinet Paper 230 x 280mm, 120 Grit

Description

A full sheet of Academy cabinet paper, 230 x 280mm, in 120 grit. 120 sits between the coarser 100 grit and the fine 220 grit we also stock, so it is the usual step for taking out sanding marks and leaving bare timber or filler smooth enough for primer.

Wrap the sheet around a cork or rubber block on flat surfaces so the pressure stays even. Sand with the grain on timber, dust off between grits, and change to a fresh piece once it clogs.

Used for:

• Preparing bare timber for primer
• Sanding filler and patched areas
• Light flatting between coats

Sold per sheet.
